Another year and it will be a less people than postings market. I went to a mixed program school.<br /><br />The Star misses the point on it being a school-wide thing. It&#39;s a program thing. Some schools, like S&amp;T, focus on certain hard skill programs, others don&#39;t. This is spread around industries. Accounting vs marketing is hard vs soft in the same school.<br /><br />My wife is back to school for accounting for that exact reason. She&#39;s moving from a low demand area with soft skills and too many people to one with hard skills and a need in any market. And the pay difference shows.<br /><br />Hard skill jobs rarely disappear.
